Former cricketer Shahid Afridi’s eldest daughter Aqsa is going to be engaged to the Pakistan’s national team pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Shahid Afridi confirmed that Shaheen Afridi’s family has formally approached him in this regard.
“Shaheen’s family approached my family for my daughter. Both families are in touch, matches are made in heaven, if Allah wills this match will be made too. My prayers are with Shaheen for his continued success on and off the field,” Shahid wrote on Twitter.
Shaheeh is one of the emerging talents in Pakistan cricket. He made his international debut in a T20I against West Indies in Karachi in April 2018 and then made his ODI and Test debut in the same year.
In 22 T20Is, Shaheen has picked up 24 wickets and 45 wickets in 21 ODIs. He has also featured in 15 Test, picking 48 wickets.
