PCB in final stage of announcing central contracts

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reportedly still not finalised the central contracts for its men’s cricketers, which has expired on Wednesday.

As per reports, the PCB officials are still working on the contracts and the fitness of the players is the main concern for them.

Although, it was earlier reportes that the PCB will hand the new contracts before Pakistan’s tour of England however, that didn’t happened.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the new contracts are under review and in the final stages. It is likely that the new contracts will be announced either this week or at the start of the next week.

As per reports, performance and fitness of the players would be the priority for the new contracts.

Reports also suggest that Hassan Ali and Faheem Ashraf are most likely to find a place in the contract while Sohaib Maqsood and Shahanawaz Dahani are also being considered for it.
