Kerala Blasters confirm departure of club CEO D’Silva

Viren D’Silva has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of Kerala Blasters FC. It is official.

Kerala Blasters FC has confirmed that the Club CEO Viren D’Silva has stepped down from his role since June 1 and moves ahead to pursue new opportunities.

Nikhil Bhardwaj, Owner, Kerala Blasters FC said “Viren has been an integral part of Kerala Blasters FC since the start. Everyone at KBFC would like to thank him for his considerable efforts and wish him well in all his future endeavours.”

“I am grateful to the club owners for giving me an opportunity to be a part of Kerala Blasters, the biggest supported club in India. I hope the club reaches new heights of success on and off the field” added Viren D’Silva on his departure.

D’Silva had joined the club during the first season of the Indian Super League in 2014, where the team made it to the finals and was in-charge of the administration helm for two  consecutive years before returning to the club in March 2019.
