Ace Indian badminton player Jwala Gutta has announced her engagement with Tamil actor-producer Vishnu Vishal.
Jwala, who never believed in hiding her personal life, took to Twitter on her 37th birthday to announce her decision to tie the nuptial knot with the cricketer-turned action.
“N dis happened last nite n what a beautiful surprise it was! Today when I think of my life what a journey it has been n 2day I realise there is so much more to luk forward to! Towards our family,Aryan,friends and work!its gonna be another great journey am sure,” Gutta tweeted.

Vishal too came from a sports background. However, his cricketing career was cut short by an injury. He then turned to the cine world as an actor-producer.

Jwala was earlier married to fellow shuttler Chetan Anand, but the wedding did not last for long as the duo coming from diverse backgrounds did not find compatibility. Vishal too was married before. He has a son from an earlier wedding.
