Amit Mishra tests negative for Covid-19; out of quarantine

Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals’ (DC) leg-spinner Amit Mishra has now tested negative for Covid-19 and is out of quarantine.

Significantly, Mishra was one of the many players, who had tested positive during the recently postponed 14th season of the cash-rich league.

“The real heroes. Our frontline workers. All I can say post my recovery is, you have my support and heartfelt appreciation for all you do. We are deeply grateful to you for all the sacrifices that you and your family are making. #grateful #coronawarriors #bcci #DelhiCapitals,” tweeted Mishra along with a picture of himself with health workers.

Mishra was in Ahmedabad when he had contracted the virus and was forced to stay back there itself.
