First 46 matches of Euro 2020 draws viewership of 54 millions on SPSN

The UEFA EURO 2020 continued to rake in viewers in India with 54 million viewers tuning in to Sony Pictures Sports Network (SPSN) to watch the entire coverage of the first 46 matches of the tournament between June 11 and July 2.

Issuing a statement, SPSN said: “The entire coverage of the tournament has been watched by 54 million viewers on the Sony Sports Network till date (BARC, All India, CS2+, Cumulative reach of LIVE matches +wraparound shows+ highlights+ repeats on SPSN).”

“The first quarterfinal between Switzerland and Spain was the most watched match of the week with 9.8 million viewers and the second most watched match this week was England vs Germany with 9.3 million viewers,” it added.

It also further informwd that the Hindi feed for Live matches was watched by 16.4 million viewers across the country.

Meanwhile, the Malayalam and Bengali feed on Sony SIX/SIX HD was watched by 8.4 million viewers across Kerala and West Bengal.
